Does Cannabis Oil Help Cancer Patients?

Does Cannabis Oil Help Cancer Patients?

When we ask the question, Does cannabis oil help cancer patients, we know the answer: Yes! A resounding yes! At Medical Cannabis Oils we know that cannabis oil does help cancer patients as it ‘treats’ the abnormal cancer cells and the symptoms of chemotherapy too. Cannabis oil is brimming with cannabinoids, the main two being cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) which have enormous medicinal values. Taking cannabis oil orally means that it is immediately metabolised by the liver, delivering immediate effects. Inhaling your cannabis oil means it is immediately absorbed into the bloodstream with immediate effects. When you take THC, you get an immediate high this way, while the cannabis oil heals. Taking CBD, you have no side effects and know that your medicinal cannabis oil is entirely safe.

Cancer Patients Get Help from Cannabis Oils

Does cannabis oil help cancer patients then? Yes, studies have revealed that CBD enriched cannabis oil does in fact treat pain and inflammation associated with cancer. This is aside from its ability to change the status quo of cancerous cells: cannabidinoids interact with the body’s innate endocannabinoid system and cannabinoid receptors to change the way cancer cells work. Cancer causes inflammation in the tissues, bones and nervous system and reveals a diseased body: the endocannabinoid system is out of balance. Cancer patients who took THC were able to manage their pain and also found that they were less anxious and their appetites came back. Often, cancer patients who take conventional pain killers find that they do not effectively fight the pain. THC does – it clings to CB1 receptors in the nervous system to bring rapid pain relief.

Cannabis Oils Stops Cancer Cells and Tumours

We see various ways in which cannabis oil does help cancer patients. Some tests have shown that cannabis oils stop cancer cells from multiplying and dividing endlessly. Cannabis oils can also stop these diseased cells from moving around in the body via a process called metastasis. Cancer patients dread the spread of their disease to other parts of their bodies which is where they can use cannabis oil to stop this progression. Laboratory tests also revealed that THC and CBD stopped cancerous tumours from growing as the cannabinoids halted all formation of new blood vessels to tumours. So the tumours could not eat and therefore starved to death. Cannabinoids also managed to force the cancer cells to commit suicide in a process called apoptosis. Normal cells do this all the time to keep the body healthy but cancerous cells usually evade death. Not when cannabis oils are around! Doctors can now use CBD and THC to kill cancer cells and reduce cancerous tumours to help cancer patients.

Better Quality of Life with Cannabis Oils

Taking cannabis for cancer is a good way to improve your quality of life while living with cancer. The cannabinoids induce a sense of calm, euphoria (the THC is psychoactive) – as well as being anti-anxiety and anti-depressive. Get better and deeper sleep and eat better.  Remember to take your cannabis oil as a tincture or inhale it in a vaporiser. Smoking cannabis oil is not conducive to getting better but using a vape pen is. The vaporised cannabis oil removes the symptoms of the chemotherapy and provides better quality of life in general. Swallow cannabis capsules or take the suppositories for immediate effects.

I have been on anti depressants and anti anxiety meds for many years. I also suffer from insomnia for which i take sleeping tabs every night, which often does not help me to sleep. Apart from that i am on HBP and diabetic medication as well. I am willing to try the oil, if you could get back to me on this. Thanks Maureen.
